1.All sales are final no refunds or exchanges.

4. Flat rate shipping via Pos Laju - RM 7 for West Malaysia. - RM 9 for East Malaysia. (Shipping rates applied to 1 item only)

5. Please ask us for measurements if needed.

6. COD is only applicable in sunway pyramid,pavilion,(anywhere near raffles college,jalan damai off jalan ampang),any areas in subang jaya.

7.First come first serve basis.

8. For serious buyers in MALAYSIA only, strictly No back outs / exchanges once confirmed.
